This sunny family home North of 4th embraces natural materials and natural light. Celebrating a larger than normal floor plate for a seventy year old bungalow, walls were removed and spaces stripped back of ornamentation to create a peaceful feeling for a busy household.
Within the functional needs for the home, some thoughtful moments were created; a sous kitchen to hide the dinner party prep, a soaking tub with a view of the Pacific Ocean, a hidden office, and concealed storage throughout, tucked into all the millwork walls.
