The first international extension of Ms. Nguyen Thi Thanh’s famed street food stall in Ho Chi Minh City, Lunch Lady pulls from its original setting—the adjacent buildings and Vietnam food markets—using layered paint, stainless steel, ceramic tile and industrial lighting. Utilitarian and unobtrusive, the restaurant’s colorful dishes are made the focal point.
