Past lives of this century-old building include a bank, saloon and possibly brothel. To make it Bauhaus, a 2,200-square-foot German restaurant, the room was brought up to modern seismic and Michelin dining standards. This entailed a double-sided island cook suite at chef’s request and all custom dining chairs, stools and lighting.
